4TH ANNUAL GOOFY GOLF NINE-HOLE SCRAMBLE IS AUG. 1

AIM Young Professionals of Greater Dearborn County's fourth annual golf outing features a few twists that you won’t find at most other charitable golf events.

Golf outings are usually dominated by the players who take their game seriously. At the AIM YP Goofy Golf Outing, the playing field will be leveled for those who just like to have fun. While some holes at this quick nine-hole scramble will be played the traditional way, others will require teams to tee off with a tennis racket, putt with a foam ball, or use a kids-sized golf club to hit a long drive.

This event will take place Friday, August 1 at Hidden Valley Golf Club, 19775 Alpine Drive, in Lawrenceburg. Check in begins at the clubhouse at 5:30 p.m. and tee time is 6:00 p.m.

Following the fun on the beautiful Hidden Valley course, players will gather in the clubhouse for food donated by Blimpie in St. Leon, Indiana, drinks, and networking. AIM YP will also hand out fun prizes.

This AIM YP event is open to everyone. Cost is $30 per person, which includes two drink tickets and the food after golf. Teams of up to four people can also register.

There are two ways to sign up. You can register and pay online at www.AIMYP.com and clicking on the PayPal link at the top of the Home page.

Registrations can also be submitted by mail using the form downloaded HERE. Checks made payable to “Young Professionals of Greater Dearborn County” can be mailed to AIM YP C/O Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce, 320 Walnut Street, Lawrenceburg, Indiana 47025.

Funds raised in the AIM YP Goofy Golf Outing will go towards the AIM YP Scholarship Fund benefitting students at Dearborn County’s three high schools: East Central, Lawrenceburg, and South Dearborn.
